ACCREDITATION:

<--- Accreditation forms must be sent to D1 SA Monahan NLT 25 Apr 2025 by EOD.

All Chapter Presidents or their alternates must ensure that they present their projected conference delegates to their chapter members to be voted on and approved during a regular/special chapter meeting. The form must be signed by the President and Secretary (or their alternates) and must then be sent to Senior Advisor Monahan NLT 25 April 2025, as instructed on our AFSA Division 1 website.

 

ELECTIONS:

Let all chapter members know that Division 1 elections are being held for:

The Senior Advisor, Secretary, & Treasurer are appointed by

and serve the President for their term.

​CHIEF/LEADER PANEL:
We highly recommend asking questions. Please do your best to pass them through your Chapter President/Chief Delegate ahead of time to ensure appropriateness and to facilitate a smooth session. We will do our best to monitor the chat box, as well, should this not be feasible and to answer follow-on/related questions.

 

AWARDS:
Instructions were provided to all Chapter Presidents of record. Ensure all awards are submitted through your chapter to D1 Vice President, CMSgt (Ret) Steve Dirksen NLT today, 9 Apr 2025/2359 EDT. The AFSA Form 100, the Awards Matrix, and AFSA Manual 100-5 can be found by logging into www.hqafsa.org and clicking on resources and choosing either forms or manuals.

 

Please consider inviting supervisors, first sergeants, and commanders of individual award nominees and wing commanders and command chiefs for chapter award nominees. This is important in recognizing award nominees and in highlighting what AFSA does for members, and in support of leaders at different levels, and helps drive awareness of future division and international events!
