The Division 1 Conference aims to bring members together from across the division for professional development, networking, and recognition of outstanding chapters and individuals. Attendees will participate in leadership development sessions, business meetings, and social events while strengthening the voice of enlisted service members and their families.

Registration 

• Early Registration: $207 (through 31 March 2026)

• Late Registration: $232 (after/on 1-15 April 2026)

Registration includes food for the Theme Party Dinner, Opening Breakfast, Presidents Dinner, and the Honors Dinner as well as refreshments, conference materials, entertainment, and access to all professional development sessions (Individual meals will also be available for purchase for guests or those not attending the full conference.)

Hotel Information

The 2026 Division 1 Conference will be hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dayton/Fairborn, located approximately two miles from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

A special AFSA Division 1 Conference rate has been secured for attendees.

Conference Room Rate
$115 per night (single or double occupancy)
+$6.90 nightly occupancy tax

Total: $121.90 per night

  • Professional Development Sessions Throughout the Day

  • 1300 - Business Sessions and Elections

  • 0800 - Post-Conference Meeting

  • 0900 - Tour of the National Museum of the United States Air Force

Attendance Memorandum

Units may authorize attendance at the Division 1 Conference as a professional development opportunity.

​

An official attendance support memorandum is available to assist commanders, supervisors, and training managers with TDY or permissive TDY requests.
